Speaking in a program organized by the CPN (UML) Chitwan chapter here today, Oli clarified that bilateral relations with India is of sovereign status. He added that Nepal takes India and China as neighboring countries.
He said that the government was carrying out the plan to end the power cuts by a year and providing the power as per the demand of the people within two years. He said that the East-West Highway will be upgraded in six-lane soon.
